tire opinions.

I have the basket weaves off a 5 or 7 series...tires are way to beefy cant go low. Should i and is it safe to stretch a tire on a 15x7 i think they are or what are my options for a smaller tire. Im keeping these for a little but hopefully getting a new set of wheels soon.
