Where's a good Body Shop in Baltimore or Carroll county?

Someone bumped my car and I need to get an estimate for the repair.

It's not bad, a small dent and the scratch didn't get to the metal (I'll post a pic) and it's almost not noticeable.

But since he said he'd pay for it I'm gonna look into what's required to fix it.
