Unrestricted airflow and instant metering makes for better throttle response.

MAFs are fine with turbos from what I have read. You'll need a different chip though regardless.

Your best bet for going turbo is to use a MAF. We offer a MAF conversion that works great for N/A and is easily upgradeable for turbo applications. If you bought the M30 MAF now, you would purchase the 3.0" sized MAF.

When you went turbo, if you chose our setup or made something similar, we would supply you with the 3.5" MAF HOUSING and the applicable TURBO software.

The 3.5" MAF would be good up to and a little over 400, after that, upgrade your housing to a 4" and update the software and your good to go.
