1995 530i MT - Parts car FS

Hi all,
I have a 530i in pretty bad shape. It has an SRS light on, is leaking coolant from the heater core badly and has 148k miles on it. I am curious if anyone on here would be interested in a parts car? I am looking to get 1400 but i am open to all offers.

Any other questions you have post up here and ask. I'll be more than happy to answer them all.

BTW the car is located in Sherman Oaks, CA.

Can you give us some more details?

What color exterior? What color interior? Condition of inside and out? Any parts that are broken?


I know I need the 2 passenger side door latches (metal and plastic part that bolts to the body where the doors latch onto) if you'd be willing to sell me those.

Does it have an M-sport steering wheel in it? If yes,please post a picture. If it's in good shape I'd be interested.

It is a 5spd manual. Black on Black. The only things i KNOW of that are broken is that both of the front seats have pretty bad twist, and the rear windows won't roll down. I'm trying to get rid of this car as a whole. But I MAY be able to do a part-out of my own.

If you do part it out please let me know and I can head over and take pictures for people if you like...plus get first dibs on parts :). I am about 30 minutes away from you with no traffic. PS I need your front passanger fender if you are parting :).

Something in the thread subject made me think it was a Touring, hence the confusion over the trans.

Definitely interested in a few parts. Might be interested in the whole thing. Got pics, particularly interior? How bad's the coolant leak? Undrivable overheating gushing steaming stinking thing? I'm in Norcal and don't have a trailer...though I bet it's more drivable than the last non-local car we got (failing brakes and massive fireballs from Vegas FTW).

I'm positive that it will not make it up to NorCal w/o a trailer. It starts to smell and overheat after only a couple miles around the neighborhood. I am still looking for someone to take it. Thanks a lot!
