Question about fitment on E46 M3.

The wheels in question are E92 M3 replicas.

The rears are 19x9.5 et37 and fronts are 19x8.5 et35. Bolt pattern is 5x120. My E46 M3 has stock suspension except for eibachs. Will these wheels fit? If so, where can I get them? What size tires do I need? Thanks guys.

Rear offset is 10-15mm too high.

Forgive my ignorance but can this problem be fixed by running spacers on the rear or is that going in the wrong direction?

Yes, spacers will work. 15mm ideally.
