Fan removal tool!

Hey guys does anyone here have this tool to let me rent it I have gone through 3 screw drivers and no luck. Maybe I'm doing the wrong thing. I could also pay someone to just remove the fan for me too I just need to get the thermostat and housing in ASAP. :help

I have one but just to double check you are turning it the right directiong, its a reverse thread if im not mistaken

Yes turning to the right I have even hit it with a heavy hammer to the right and nothing at all no budge. When could I pick it up?

where in md do you live? if you want to i wouldnt have a problem if you want to do the t-stat at my house, a bunch of other forum members in the frederick area all gather at my house to work on e36's lol
