Need advice on damage waver M3

Hi I'm new on this forum. I'm looking at a 1997 M3 that has sustained some damage to the front end. The mechanic who knows this car informed me that the hood and front quarter pannel had been repaired. The frame was dimpled forward of the strut and no welding was done to the frame. "An acceptable repair"
The car has 30K miles and is supposed to check out as clean other than the above mentioned.
What is this car worth? What should I look out for ?
