I once heard that resetting the service lights was just a matter of shorting accross two pins on the diagnostic port. Is this true? And if it is, which pins are they? I haven't made up my mind if I want to buy the reset tool yet, hehehe.

Turn your ignition switch on to where your accessories come on.
Short pins 7 and 19 with a short piece of wire (I used a 3" piece).
hold this in position for 5 seconds for an oil service, or 10 seconds for an inspection..
Take off the piece of wire and turn off the ignition. Turn your ignition back on and you should have all green bars!
Good luck, Johnny
