error codes

Here are the codes I am getting.
E4, E3 - O2 adaption limit
FA - EVAP TEV not operating (what is this!)
CB, CA - O2 control limit
14

Am I right in thinking that all I need to do is replace O2 sensors? What about the EVAP TEV. Is that something I can do?
