Hey all,
So I just fitted 215/35/18 toyo t1-r's on the fronts and I really like them! The stretch look adds to the look of the wheel and made me completely fall in love all over again with them! Heres a (crappy) pic:

The Wheels are Linea Corse LM reps 18x8, not sure of the offset, but they are the standard offset for e36.

The rears have 225/40/18 Pirelli p-zero assimetricos. They grip well, but look like balloons! I need to get some new rear tires on there ASAP and then get the suspension height dialed in (I am on GC coils). Heres a pic of the rears:

What size tire should I do for the rear? I will get the new tires on and then drop her on the coils and decide if I need fender work in the front/rear done...

For the front I think you shouldve gone with 215/40/18 or 205/40/18. 215/35/18 makes it look like a honda with wheels that are too big for it. Stretch doesnt necessarily mean to go smaller in diameter.

Thats my two cents.

got it, so if I was to pick up a new set of 2, what would you recommend? the 205/40/18? I could put either (the 205 or the 215) in the front or the rear by just rotating the wheels

I don't think those wheels can really pull off the stretched tire look (wheel doesn't look wide enough), even if you lower it more. The tire just looks too short IMO....I would get the correct size tire...225-40-18 all the way around if they aren't staggered.
