Just picked up a very clean 07 335i 16K miles, auto w/paddles, sport package, Grey exterior, Black interior w/ brushed trim, sunroof. $32,500. I think we made a decent deal. Not sure what else it has thats considered optional or is missing haha. Anything I should keep a heads up for? I found the previous owner's address and it turns out he lives about 20 miles from us. Salesman said he traded it in on a Hummer. I plan on writing him to see if he's willing to chat about the car, if it had any issues etc.

I sold my 335i sedan last Oct for $33,500 with 20k on it. Sports/winter/premium pkg, navi/iDrive, comfort access, window shades, PDC.
Right around 16k that's when the infamous brake squealing started that is so common in what seems to be in the 06-07 335i.
Also my tires were almost shot when I sold the car, if you still have the OEM tires, they probably don't have much life left in them.
Those are the 2 most common problems to look for. Regardless, it's an awesome machine and you will love it. Best of luck and congrats!:)

I just got back from the dealer.
Picked up an 07 335i sedan
-Sparkling Graphite Metallic ext.
-Black with walnut wood --- The walnut wood, black leather, and graphite exterior seem to work wonderfully in unison.
-Fully loaded with cold, sport (18" wheels), premium, nav w/ i-drive, step with paddles, heated seats, ipod dock, etc...only thing missing is Comfort Access.
-17K miles (Certified Pre-Owned) - 100K warranty
-Negotiated to a little less than 30K (A little less than 33K out the door)
The Nav (although criticize) worked quite well. The little lady's voice gave great direction.
Drives like a dream. Went on the Highway, shift the stick to sport and unleashed her full beauty...0-120 in what seems like a blink of an eye. No turbo lag, no jumpy acceleration (sport)...had a huge grin.
This is definitely a driver's car.
Did you get a CPO? CPO's has to go through a very comprehensive check (including brakes and tires) to be consider CPO. The tires alone will run you ~$1,200.

Since the car is still in warranty I'd get to a dealer and have the oil cooler installed if it already isn't. And ask the dealer if the fuel pump issue, which occurs on many of these cars, has been addressed. If not, they will install a new one. I've got 19.5K on my 07 and the tires are amazingly in good condition. I've got at least 40% of the tread left. But then again, it's a weekend car, not a daily driver.
Traded a 335i in for a Hummer, hmmmmmmmmm, sure could make some comments about that guy.

Oil cooler and Fuel pump will be addressed no questions asked? Guess I need to swing by there or call and find out. Thanks for the info. I looked at the tires this weekend and they seem ok thus far.
