Got a better seat and some decent door panels at the junkyard today.

Just figured I would share. I need to get some leatherique for the seat. But hey, it isn't torn! And I re-wired my shorted melted seat wiring harness so it works now too! Plus this seat is heated, which also works. :alright Only got the front two door panels because the rear ones were trashed. Oh well, my front ones were the worst anyway. I don't have any before of the door panels, but they were missing their inserts and were completely unglued.

I was sorely disappointed that the '95 at our local yard had torn-up door panels. :(

It seems like this color combination door panel is pretty tough to find in good shape. The front two I got don't quite match what the car originally came with because their inserts don't have the perforated material. But I am fine with that because the only one left with an original insert is on the rear door anyway.

Good work son. I rarely ever see seats in the junkyard. Think the last seat I saw was in an E21 where there was literally no leather over the cushion. You can perforate those in no time with the old insert as a template and a needle :rofl:
