OK, i need help, i have

1997 bmw 318I


with 1997 bmw M3 wheels http://kona.kontera.com/javascript/lib/imgs/grey_loader.gif
(http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?p=15283899#), they have racing tires (http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?p=15283899#) and are gone and i am about to buy some nice new all seasons for cheep, but i m not sure if size will work,


currently i have FRONT 225/45/17 and REAR 245/45/17

Can i install 215/45/17 in front and back ??

will it run right ?? im just doing this for winter ?? i can pick up BRAND new fuzion HRI winter tires for 100$ from my friend but not sure if size will work PLEASE HELP ASAP, thanks

well i decided im taking of the HUGE M3 contour wheels for the winter , thy have michalin sport tires and i mean NO TRACTION ,


and i found for 200$ BORBET rims+DUNLOP WINTER sport tires 215/55R/16 would that size ride ok for the winter ??

anybody have those tires ??

first of this isnt a honda forum, so spell check and the english language are your friends...

second, if its a winter tire and smaller than stock summer size it will work, you want thinner tires for winter (look up winter rally car vids). The size should be fine.

205/55/16 is the proper size to use, but I'm pretty sure the 215's will fit.
