wtb: E36 M3 sedan f/r seats in black

ok i'm looking for black leather seats from a E36 M3 sedan. let me know what you have, and what your asking for? i will need the rear seat non folding style will consider split folding seats only if they are able to be installed as well,( any info on this would be nice too) and will consider power and heated vader front seats too. thanks
