Will X5 wheels fit on a 330?

I searched over in the e46 forum, and it looks like they should, but didn't get exact confirmation for a 330 (just a 325).
Based on this post (http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum/showthread.php?t=675150&highlight=x5+wheels).

I've got X5 rims from a 2000 and have a party interested in them for his 2001 330.

Looks like the same bolt pattern.

Hey that is my old post.

The 325/330 share the same hub diameter and bolt pattern. The X5 wheels will fit.

If they work on a 325 they will work on a 330.

We just had trouble finding rims for a 530 xi The offset is different on the xi rims. Could this be true on the X5?
What we did...We first mounted 530 (RWD) rims on the xi; mistake! Too close to the fender and bad ride. Found 530xi (AWD) rims with tires; good to go!

Summary...in our case all rims had right bolt pattern; however, the RWD rims were the wrong offset for our 530xi.
