Wheels are back up for sale.
Just to clarify, I am NOT budging on price of wheels, that is a cheap price for a set of Kosei K1's. The buyer will be resposible for paypal fees and the price of the box.
Selling due to the arrival of an e46 M3, all of my e36 has got to go including the cars, more on that later, but for you wheel freaks:
Kosei k1, 2 are silver, but the other 2 are powder coated black.
They are not perfect, they have scuffs and dings from potholes.

It's always HPDE season in GA too. However, MY HPDE season ($$$) starts with BMW CCA as it's by far the best event out there.

WOW a charge-back. Under what grounds?

Did he just realized they don't look as sexy as he thought they would? :D

Time to, "...call a couple of hard, pipe-hitting ******* to go to work on the homes here with a pair of pliers and a blow torch."

The "dings" he mentioned are BENDS in the wheels. He's trying to play off understating the amount of damage that these wheels sustained while they were in his possession. Now he's trying to tell me it was shipping damage. The boxes came in perfect condition... 2 of the wheels have flat spots and he doesn't want to refund a measly $50 to me so I can have the wheels repaired. Who do you think is wrong in this?

I expected to receive a set of wheels with some paint damage, not wheels that are unusable.

Wrong. I told you to take issue with Ups, the wheels were as described. You said that the black wheels were poorly packaged, well those were packaged by Ups. The wheels worked fine for me and you got them at a great price. Good luck with Ups and I will re-send the tracking number.

These rims were bent.

I can see both parties point of view, There are 2 sides of the true here but one can make money out it.....

If the sender insure the package as it should to cover his ass UPS will pay for them, but IF he did not pay for insurance.... As a buyer I would charge back my C.C. and le the lawyers take care of the issue. You got to love C.C. banks....:stickoutt

I'm really trying to avoid this whole CC chargeback thing, and it's really a last resort. I hate doing it to people because I myself would be hate to be screwed out of all my money, but at the moment, I'm being screwed. I'm having the wheels fixed and it's going to cost me $175.. he won't even give me $50 to cover a little bit of that cost.

They were poorly packaged in that they were not bubble wrapped, but even if you dropped those wheels from a 2 story building as they were packaged, they would NOT have bends like that. I hope you insured those packages. Waiting on that tracking number right now.
