so far after purchasing the car for around 1200, this has been done to it
new engine
new tranny (which is slipping)
getting it changed to manual after new years, my mechanic didnt have time to do it before Christmas because of lack of parts, but now im good.
new exhaust
new muffler
painted rear dash (black)
new alternator (it looks so nice and new too) giggles like a little girl
cone filter
i dont mind spending money on my bitch, soon enuff i will be getting lowering springs and new struts.
and then rims will come along right about summer time :D
along with a nice paint job to remove rust and throw the ACS front lip on ;)
chip might be in order, ive got a good source with a good price, donno yet, kinda early since it still winter but today it was +6 celsius in Toronto, which was nice..but its fucking raining, i think im gonna stop now.

OK, I'll play ;)

Since purchasing my car Oct. 4th 2004
New transmission(Getrag 5spd) Old one had blown apart a synchro(should have done a shift rebuild or short shift kit while i had it all apart :( )
New clutch/throwout bearing, pressure plate
2 guibo's, 2 slave cylinders
rear main seal, valve cover gasket
fan resistor
bavauto perf. coils
painted fog light lenses yellow :stickoutt
new waterpump/t-stat
new starter/alternator
new catalytic convertor
misc clamps, belts, etc etc.

Upcoming plans:
suspension(lowering springs/swaybars/bushings etc) , wheels( I really want some 66M's), chip, intake, yada yada.

also, a friend has a complete M50tu he wants to get rid of(less than 100k, 96 IIRC) what should I offer him(it's fully apart right now, only the valves are in the head so I could build it pretty stout if I wanted to)????

Dirty water native? Don't shoot, just take my money and don't hurt anyone!

:shifty

Should've gotten ahold of me, I would have helped tear into it to finish it in time for the meet.
