92 525i starter relay locatiom

Can someone help me find the starter relay. I have a 92 525i and am experiencing a no start. Battery checked out fine, nothing happens when I turn the key to start pos. No relay noises no nothing. If I jump the terms on the starter it spins but wont engage the flywheel. I want to make sure the relay is not bad before I throw a new starter in it. Thank you for any replies.

Sound more like the starter solenoid on the starter is bad, not a bad relay.

I would not like to be replacing a starter in this type of weather. You got to BEAR down.
