New Book Coming in 2009/2010 - 50 Weekend Projects for your MINI!

Hey folks. Just announced, I will be working on a new book called "50 Weekend Projects for your MINI". I plan to include all of the good stuff (Brembo kit, PSS9s, suspension upgrades, engine upgrades, etc.). I will be done in the same style / format as my other books (101 Projects for your BMW 3-Series, etc.).

Look for a huge expansion of our sections on Pelican to include more and more MINI parts and tech articles over the next year. Attached is a photo of the car, and here is a link to more info:

Nope, no pre-orders. For some reason, that didn't quite work too well with the 3-Series book. Lots of paperwork, credit cards that expired, etc. It's easier just to announce when the book is ready. I don't have a date yet, but we will be working on it starting in about a month or so. I will probably post a suggested list of topics, and see if anyone has any additional input!

Great idea for a book. Just visited your forum and read some of the comments about this. You might want to check out some of the other forums (like Northamericanmotoring.com, coopernation.com, mininuts.com) for some great info and suggested mods.

I have an '04 Cooper S that I bought new and have done a good number of mods and would love to help out with this project if I can.
