Interior fan issue

Alright, this morning with 4'F, I started up the Touring and made my 1 hour drive, on way home heard a noise and determined it to be the interior fan. Noise would go away when on 1-4 but made noise on variable; if adjusted on variable, would disappear for awhile and then come back 2-4 min later.
noise sounded like muted radar detector going off.
am I needing to replace, haven't checked Bentley yet, is there some lube points?

These are the signs of the motor brushes and other parts failing. No lube points. Just replace the whole unit.
