BBS RGR's or LTW's?

I have a set of LTW's in good shape with Eagle F1 GS-D3's with a good amount of tread left in the 225-245 setup. A friend of mine is looking to get rid of a set of RGR's and I have been looking to trade my LTW's out. The RGR's are in good shape but one rim is bent but can be repaired. Is this a good deal for me? Keep in mind I don't know the market value for any kind of rim.

it is a trade then its an excellent deal. RGR's in 17" sizes are around $640ish a piece, and BBS's lightest wheel.

Let me just update this because I got a little more info now.
-The RGR's will need brand new rubber as the rubber on them is destroyed
-It's 4 RGR's 17x either 7 or 7.5 he can't remember for my 5 LTW's(front rear staggered plus spare) with good conditioned eagle f1 GS-D3's.
-The RGR's do have a bit of curb rash and one is partially bent

Usually if two people were going to do a trade on these wheels, the guy GETTING the RGR's would put money on top, since that person is getting the better part of the deal. You're actually getting the better part of the deal because it's coming with fresh rubber too. Use the extra money you're saving and refinish the curb rashes and get the wheels straightened.

Well fresh rubber I have to pay for since the stuff on the wheels is destroyed :( Ended up agreeing to trade but we have to wait for some of this snow up here to clear since we have been getting dumped on. Thanks for all the help everybody
