Anyone knows where I can find a really good ones headers for my e39 523i euro specs 1999?

Nope, never seen them listed anywhere. Find a 3 series with the same engine, and see if there are headers available for that car. If the bmw part number for the stock exhaust manifold for that car, and for your car are the same. The aftermarket headers will probably fit.

This was what I did for my 530. Other than that it would be a custom fabrication.
