changing the interior lights to led, taking the interior trim off, adding angels eyes if needed, and or painting the housing (headlights)...

any diy applied to the X5 to make it a little more easier, like interior tinkers, unique little touches to make it more interesting, ive seen them on 3series

I would imagine most DIY's for X series cars are going to be just replacing stock parts - Hayne's manual type things.

Adding angel eyes is not an easy process. Painting the headlights is illegal in some states, and generally not recommended. As far as interior lights are concerned, Just buy some colored LEDs that match the size and shape of your interior lights. Shouldn't be that hard to find if you take out your current ones. You don't really need a DIY for that.

I guess your best bet would be to just google "X5 DIY" - you're still being pretty vague as to what you want. You can't really just say "a diy to make it more interesting." Everyone has their own idea of what is interesting. If I was to link you to something "more interesting," you'd end up boring stroking and blueprinting your engine, adding a turbo, adding coilovers and bilstein sport shocks, and fabricating a new exhaust.
