Well since some will take the time to tell you what to do, and just not answer your question, I will answer it for you. A 328 sedan is an E90. E90-E93 are all MY 2006 and newer.

E90 - Sedan
E91 - Touring/Wagon
E92 - Coupe
E93 - Convertible
