Question about method of payment

There is a member here who wants to buy somthing I have for sale, but he does not have paypal. We are trying to figure out how he can pay for the item, and then I ship it to him. Any advice? I want to ship the item UPS, and I would of course liked to be paid first. Any help would be greatly apprec'd.......

Anything you setup to transfer money online is probably going to take a few days to activate. I would just have him setup a paypal account, or overnight you a check in the mail.

Certified Cheque form the bank?
Personal Cheque?

I would suggest a money order or a Cert. bank check. If you take a personal check wait till that sucker clears before you ship. All these options are going to delay shipping. Because you going to have to wait till he mails you a check then he's going to have to wait for you to ship.
Him setting up a paypal account would be a little faster if that is an option he has.
