I was wondering if anyone had experience with this in California. Here's what's up.
I purchased a 2004 BMW cabrio on Ebay that's titled in California, but is registered in Colorado. I got that info from the DMV and when I ran a Carfax it showed that.
Here's what I'm not clear on.
I know it's going to cost a lot to get it registered, but is there anything I should be aware of, other than making sure I get all the DMW forms filled out by the seller?
Also, I think it's manufactured so that it will pass the Cali Smog requirements. I used to live in Colorado and they require smog as well.
Thanks,
Uni
