Are heated seates on 335i, canadian version come as standard equipment?

Don't think so, they are usually a separate standalone options or part of the premium package.

I believe the site was not working properly yest evening/night. I tried to check but couldn't get the configurator to launch. I assumed that is why this gentleman posted his question here.

Heated setas are standard on 2008 335i.

In Canada they are. I am looking at the brochure right now.
By the way, canadian webiste is down quite often. For last couple of months it was not operational at least 3 times.
