Been here a while now and haven't shown any photos of my car.

It's a 1987 (6/86) E28 535is. There's a whole slough of "mods." Some of which are quite subtle. Anyway, just thought I'd share some photographs.

Looks awesome, got any interior pics? Also are those the euro bumpers for the e28?

My goodness, only word I think would work for this is "Stunning"

PS: Glad you posted pic's, you are most welcome to keep doing so from this moment on, since you have a "Winner" E28 there.

Yes, these are the E28 Euro bumpers. Pretty exciting stuff.

Here are some interior shots taken a couple months ago, a couple days after having the interior redone.

Yes, there's a Dashmat in the picture. My dash has one crack in it and I'd like to keep it that way, which is tough to do here in Phoenix. I forgot to remove it for the pictures. I also thought I'd throw in a picture of my trunk - that's the M5 carpet in there and a complete, original tool kit. The battery will make it's way back there shortly, but for now, that compartment works great for spare parts like relays, belts and hoses.

Thanks for the replies! I've really enjoyed the car. Just a couple more pieces of info:

I'm the 4th owner (bought it September 29, 2007 with 240,132 miles) and the car now has 265,800 miles on it. It's performed flawlessly the whole time I've owned it. I have every record including the original window stickers and financing documents (these were the pieces that really set this car above any others in my search).

I will post up some under-the-hood shots soon. :)

Very nice e28.. I never knew your car was so nice.

What steering wheel is that? My wheel is the same design, only it's wood.. Is it a MOMO? I think with some 9" rear stlye 5's it would be perfect. A little lower would be nice too but I know that's pushing it

This is the MOMO "Alpina" wheel. It doesn't say Alpina on it (I've got a brand new one of those in the box, though). I hear you on the 17x9 style 5s, but I'm not going to complain - trying to parse down the wheel fort. As for going a little lower, I wouldn't mind that in the front, but I'm very impressed with the Eibach Pro-Kit setup on this car, and since I spend a huge amount of time in the car, I'd rather not mess with a setup that works! I'm just kinda disappointed with the ride height up front.

Thanks for the compliment, by the way.
