Is Arctic Grey a popular color, or is it somewhat rare like?

I picked it up from a guy who had it brought up here from Arizona a year ago. He drove it as a weekend toy, and only put on 7,000km in that year.

No real modding until after winter. This will be it's first real winter. The closest this car has been to winter was southern Oregon. Providing she's still going good by next summer, the plan is AA SC. Of course with that many miles, internals and whatnot would be properly upgraded.

It is in very good condition. It has been in an accident of some sort. The fender and drivers door have been replaced. But at least they were replaced with OEM parts. The hood, and kidneys are a little funny. You can really see it in the pics. Not as noticeable in person.

Before today, when I looked up the color, I've always seen it as a blueish silver. But now I know what it is, I see the grey more.

I'll probably go with smoked corners when I get a new set of headlamps. These are showing their age. Starting to crack on the inside of the lense.

i recently picked up my second e36. its arctic gray on black. this one is a 4 door though.

Spastic and I both have Granite Silver (almost the same as Arctic Gray, just more metallic) with black interiors. Both cars started as a 1993 325is.

Arctic Gray is gray. Just look at the pictures in this thread, and compare it your car. Arctic Gray is significantly darker. It's still got a blueish hue to it like Arctic Silver though.

And raceMpower, I know about your and Spastic's cars, which is part of the reason why I wondered why there are relatively few AGs with black interiors (compared to GS cars). Either way, both of these colors kick ass.
