Well I decided to go back to the track, last time I only pulled off a 9.1 which i was dissapointed with, but this time I pulled off an 8.779 @ 80.41. I felt pretty good about this since my car is not really that modded. eh?
This is nothing to all you boost junkies but thought id post anyways..
R/T ... .358
60' ... 2.083
330 ... 5.749

not bad... not bad at all!

so, your setup is:
S50
UUC catback
OBDII Midpipe
SS rep Headers
(Confetti?) Intake
Turner Software
3.46LSD
Rogue pulleys
UUC SSK

the heavy 18 inch wheels probably aren't helping you. what weight reduction did you do for the track? what tires? track elevation?

if you can pull a 1.9 60ft i'm guessing you're ET would be in the 8.4-8.5 range. very nice, man!

Confetti because i have the old school conforti heat shield that looks like paper mache, and its made for a 3.5 intake, but I have the 3" so its kinda ghetto :shifty
Weight reduction would be no spare, jack, back seats, and pass seat.
As for the wheels I know... and I hate it. I really want to get a set of Koseis but I cant afford it. As for tires I have the Falken Azenis ST115 at the wear bars, at 32 psi, and forgot to pump the fronts up to 40-50 psi as i was going to... After I started to warm them up for 3-5 seconds my launches got a lot better. Went from 9.5, 9.2, 9.0, 9.0, 8.8, 8.7..
And track elevation is 669ft above

I suck at the track...the best I've managed is 8.3....not sure at what MPH, but as soon as I can get my car to run perfect, I'm hoping to get into the high 7s....and I need better tires!

Not bad. Loose the heavy wheels and you'll drop that time
