I dont know about now, but do ask for it if you are in the market. I bought mine in early July and it was in effect, but the salesman DID NOT tell me and I didnt know to ask until AFTER i bought the car (nice, huh). While I really did get a good deal, now I know one of the reasons why, the dealer pocketed the credit. I could look at it as they passed the differential savings on to me in the form of a great deal...
