Hi Everyone,
Im new to the forums...i got myself a BMW 2004 E46 convertible
I wanted to get some wheels for it:
What is the correct stud pattern for my car?
Would 22 inch wheels Fit?
My car is not lowered and sits at the factory height. With no Body modifications....
Any help would be appreciated..or ppls past experiences
cheers
what e46?
stock pattern is 5x120
why would u want a 22" rim on a e46? you do understand that 22" rims weigh ~30lbs right?

dont do it, max size would be 20s any bigger they look like poo, drive like poo, and handle like poo, not worth it specially if your not going to lower your car, with any large rim 17-20 you need to lower your car to make it look good and handle good, it will look like crap without lowering.

What you need is a Roo bar, an old man emu 4" lift, and some BFGoodrich 33" all-terrains on beadlocks... maybe even dual snorkels.
anything but 22" wheels on a n e46 prease

Would 22 inch wheels Fit?
Yes, and you will save a ton of money on tires because at that point you won't need any.

Don't put 22s on your car, stick with 19s. It will look stupid.

I say 19" max. 18" would be ideal. Thatīs just me. I don't buy into big rims, 19" being too big for me. Bimmers aren't meant for the "baller" type of person. If thats what you want get rid of your bimmer and buy a Escalade. Get yourself some nice two-piece wheels with the lip and your all set.

Good luck finding 22" tires that will be even remotely close to the OEM diameter.
