I dont' know much about tires. My old Miata loved the Bridgestone potenzas I had on it a couple of times, but I don't know what the best tire is for my 325XI sports wagon, please advise.
I live in the Northwest, and swap my spring/summer/fall (ie SUMMER) tires to winter tires the end of November through March. I am looking for a alternative to both the original tires as well as Toya proxys for that SUMMER time. I find the Toyas to almost 'buckle' on hard turning. I have about 100K miles on my car.
During the spring/summer/fall I drive mountain and coastal roads. During the spring/summer/fall it often is dry but often wet as well. I do not really want an All Season tire, as I swap the tires in the winter, but I do want a high performance tire that grips well in aggressive driving but that would also perform if I encounter rain/leaves
I've reviewed the Michelins and Bridgestones. What is your advice?
Thanks in advance. Keith
