just bought 99 e36 323i - need some help

hello everyone I just bought a 1999 bmw e36 323i convertible and I'd like to clean it up abit. On the antenna the rubber gasket is rotting off. Is there a way to replace it? If so where can I buy it. Also on the front bumper is a license plate holder that flows into the black trim around the car. Is there a way of replacing that with a European plate holder? The current one is big and bulky and I'd rather just get rid of it. Ill post some pics to better explain.

Cool, I bought some stuff.
Another thing, When I bought the car, it was missing this piece where the top hinges from. The guy had the pieces ordered and just never figured out how to install them...neither can I

For some reason I cant post links to images....I dont even know how to explain what this piece looks like. Its on top of the interior trim panel, its flat and square and it came with a small clip and a spring... ???
