Just started about a week ago on and off, and it seems when the car is just warming up it grinds for a split second going into 3rd gear. It maybe only happens once or twice a day but I figured I could get some advice on it. Thanks
do u have a clutch stop? if so, screw it in 3-5 whole turns.

If your clutch is engaging immediately off the floor, then you have a master or slave (most likely slave) issue.
Hova would be correct also if there is a clutch stop.

have you changed the trans fluid yet? +1 on the clutch stop, it may be to far out and the clutch isn't fully disengaging.

I wouldn't go as far to even imply the OP has a bad synchro. That's your own deal fish ;)

Yea the clutch does engage almost right off the floor, but why would it only be happening on third gear? and no clutch stop here... I will def. be getting it checked out now :(

Because it's just the way the transmission is. I know it seems weird that only one gear does it right now, but it will eventually start to happen in more gears OR the slave will just fail and you'll have no clutch pedal at all.
A clutch slave cylinder is only 75 bucks and a few hours to install and properly bleed. Get a buddy who knows what he's doing and have it him help you.
By the way, you CAN try to rebleed the clutch line, but honestly, once the clutch is engaging right off the floor like that, the slave has already headed south.
