17" ADR Mesh on '06 X5 Sport?

Can I fit 17" ADR Mesh rims (5x120 bolt with 40mm offset I think) on my 2006 X5 with the Sport Package as winter wheels?

Also, my car comes with TPMS. Will it cause harm if I put on wheels without TPMS or just set off the light?
