BLown Head gasket

I have a blown head gasket that I need to get replaced. i was going to do it myself, but I rather now send it somewhere to get it done. What I am needing is a parts list. I have a used head and got the new head bolts and a head gasket kit from pelican. Other than new spark plugs is there is anything else that i need to buy?

valve cover gasket, exhaust manifold gaskets, intake manifold gaskets,

Those all come in the head gasket kit.

ummm. i belive that is it really if you are paying for all the parts...Only thing is if they shave off too much on the head and block you will need to get the thicker head gasket.
