I sent my Fikse Profil 10s back to Fikse on August 18th to have them disassembled and refinished. I authorized them to do the work on August 28th, at which point Yuri, the customer service coordinator, told me it would be a 2-3 week turnaround. I called them today to see if the wheels were close to being done and he told me that it was still early in the process and that it is still going to be 2-3 weeks. WTF? They already charged my credit card for the full amount, including return shipping, and I'm no closer to having my wheels back then I was 2 weeks ago.
Does anyone have a contact there besides Yuri, or does someone know who the owner is so I can talk with them? I'm pretty pissed.

im local to FIKSE, and also a FIKSE onwer. the refinishing shop isnt big at all. and FIKSE does amazingly thorough work. it will take time. they are also very busy. its just the hassles of dealing with a small wheel company that does great work. you'll get them back looking better than new, the wait is annoying though.
hang in there, they'll be done soon. i doubt its going to TAKE ANOTHER 2-3 weeks, hes probably just CYI if you know what i mean.
