Anyone know who can bore my secondary M44 TB from 54.2mm (stock) to 56.6 (Dinan spec). Pictures of TB & engine bay are below: Any help appreaciated. Thanks, John S

PM'ed you back. I have been to 6 local machine shops and called all others in the yellow pages. Problem is no one will do it for less then $400 since they will need to make a special fixture to hold the TB for boring. A shop that is setup with fixtures for M44 TB's will do it for $100. I don't know where those shops are at. I'm not spending $300 when a little help from someone who knows where to get done can share that advise

Unfortunately, I don't think many people bore M44 throttle bodies. There just isn't much of a market :( Can you get an M42 TB to bolt up?

guys on 318ti.org are a little more dedicated to modding the 4 bangers than the guys that opt for swaps over here. try them, you'll probably yield better results...:dunno

My total cost was $60 to CNC bore and $65 for custom butterfly to fit my new bore size. :redspot

what it says in your prof. that youre running 16.7psi? what internals do you have?
