climate control failer

Hi all \! I have alot of friends that have pre 2000 BMW's. And all have experience the climate control failure problem. Why has BMW not done a recall as this is very obvious. All domestic manufacturers would have identified this right away?:nono

Are you in the e36 forums? I don't think so. While I agree with you fully, you should really post in the right forum. And, same goes for instrument clusters, rear subframes of MANY models, and a lot of other things.

Yep, took me about 15 mins to do the capacitor fix from start to finish. Not a huge deal, as I was expecting the worse when mine started going out. It's been fine ever since.
