But, what does the little bar line mean when you start the car up? mine is almost to the 2nd to last block. I have 133k miles on my 99 m3.

This is under the mph guage

the bar stands for when you need routine maintenance such as a oil change and such. i hope i helped.

im new too and i think its cool how you asked a question that you are embarrassed about. =]

Hey dude, I'm just trying to learn and become a pro with this car. All I want to do is learn more and more about my car. I do search before every thread I make, yes. It's just sometimes I dont know what word to use or I'm just not getting my answer.

If we all said search to everyone who joins, the forum would go slow as hell. Just my opinion!

Oh hey btw eddie, I was just gonna PM you earlier tonight about the corners, but I saw the group buy from DDM and they are cheap as hell! I'm goin with that =)

I actually JUST did an oil change today. How do I just reset this bar?

Word, DDM has some good prices on stuff. They're my favorite vendor here, but I'm too broke for stuff lol.
