BMW Warranty Headlight Assembly?

Hi Folks:

Am the new and proud owner of a 2005 2.5 Z4 as of today. But, the RH passenger headlamp assembly (Zenon) has moisture in it and the top mounting bracket is broken allowing the assembly to move slightly. Also, the Zenon lamp is inop. The car is still under warranty. Do you think BMW would repair this under warranty or should I start saving for the replacement? There is no hint of the assembly or lens being struck by something. I'm not one experienced with BMWs warranty program, but I would say this would be covered.

Better yet, why not just ask the dealership. If you're denied at the first, try at least a few more, sometimes they'll be flexible.

I would think they would cover it...I would certainly take it in and have them check it out.
