New Promotions starting on Sept 2 for 08s?

Just checking to see if anyone has any heard any news about potential new promotions for new 08 BMWs. Currently there is the .9% financing and auto transmission credit but these are set to expire on Sept 1st

Seeing as it's not Sept 2nd yet, and the dealerships don't know yet, what makes you think anyone on here would? :confused: Pretty sure no one from high up in BMW would post here, let alone be a member.

it just seems odd that they don't tell the salesforce yet and that they would release it on the day of. If they are going to be promoting anything new on Sept 2, the TV commericals would already be made and the advertising collateral would be at the dealership by now.

They don't tell us because they want you to buy a car now, not later. They want you to buy a car the day you come in, and if they know the deals are going to be better in a few weeks, they lose that. You leave, and you may not come back. So you won't know about the next best thing until it has been rolled out by BMW Financial and is already in effect.

so I found the promos that start on Sept 3. The automatic trans credit still exists, but APR financing has changed. Instead of .9%, it is 2.9% for sedans and 4.9% for coupes (at least for the 3 series)

I don't suppose you found out what the finance rates on 06 3 series CPO is going to be next month, probably going to be picking on up.
