Diff and tranny fluid recs

Thanks for any recs here. Wife has '08 Mini and it just hit 1k mi and I just did oil change. What do you guys like for tranny and diff fluid? I use to Redline MTL and 75/90 in my cars. Thanks.

Just leave well enough alone. No need to change it out.
