Drivers side brake light.

My drivers side brake light quit working, the socket is alright, works in the passenger side...bulbs are new. I'm not sure what to check. Someone chime in. thanks

Bad contacts?

Yep, Check those contacts. Otherwise replace the globes. Check for corrosion between contacts, and if necessary clean and adjust.

I'm having the same exact problem, bulb is new and works in the passenger side. I cleaned the contacts, made sure everything is connecting, but it still doesnt work. Any other ideas?

There's the bu;b socket contacts, and the plug contacts

Check the trunk wiring too, it can cause all kinds of goofy issues.
