Hi,

Has anyone purchased, or know of someone who purchased a "Manufacturer Buy-Back" Lemon Law BMW.

I would appreciate any input about the experience especially if the car was still under the original BMW Warranty and you had to take it in for either regular service or another covered warranty item.

Thanks,

Joe

The straight answer is Yes.

There are some variables to consider to ensure you get maximum warranty, e.g. miles on the car, buying from a BMW dealer and not a third party, etc...

Buy-backs are good because BMW's rule is all NEW parts.:D

If it's from BMW then buy it, I would. It's like getting a new car at a discounted price. As long as there is the standard warranty (or you could probably even negotiate an extended warranty pretty easily) then it is a win-win.

Somehow I feel like I'm repeating myself?
