What tire was made next?

Hey guys I was wondering if the Yokohoma S. Drives or toyo T1-R's are better tires? The size I would be getting is 255/40zr17 94y, if that makes a difference

Depends on what you want out of the tire. The aren't in exactly the same market.

I think what I'm looking for out of the tire is which would be better for spirited driving, and I might start auto-x, so I guess the tire that performs better is what I want.
