I know everyone has them and ive searched but didnt really find a good answer to my question. Right now im running 235/45's on non stag 17's. There on an e46 and rub a little bit over big bumps. Whats a good size to run if i want to lower the car?

215/40's all around that's what I have on stock suspension and no rubbing issues.
