16x7 et 24 on e36?

I found a good deal of Mille Miglia wheels that are 16x7 et24. Will they fit on the stock 325is e36? If I understand, the offset is 23mm different, making the wheels stick out 23mm?

The car is stock, would any suspension/body modification be needed?
