Mille Miglia mm2 Center caps?

I recently bought a set of Mille Miglia mm2 and they did not come with center caps. I think the company is out of business so I can't contact them. Does anyone know of any center that fits these?

I don't know how easy they are to get off but a part number would be very helpful.

bought mines from pelicanparts.com, you can get part numbers from them and/or realoem.com
